What all comes in a custom order?

On your initial custom order, you will receive

1. the aromatherapy product(s) you ordered

2. complete list of the ingredients selected for you, and why

3. detailed, personalized temperament report based on your astrology

Subsequent orders will not require a repeat personalized report, but we will always give you full information on what’s in your product and why.

Non-custom orders will receive their product and a complete list of ingredients.

I have allergies, how do I let you know?

At checkout, we have a form that asks specifically for any allergies or sensitivities you may have. Each product is handmade and hand-poured, so we are happy to accommodate your needs.

What if I don’t know my birth time?

It’s OK. We will work around it.

I don’t like what you made for me. May I have a refund?

Custom products are, unfortunately, not returnable. But, if you know you don’t like the scent or feel of any typical essential oil (like lavender, sage, etc.), please let us know in the comments and we will adhere to your wishes.

What kind of ingredients are used in these products?

We use high quality essential oils, flower waters, and vegetable-based oils for all our products. When available, we use organic ingredients that have been certified by the USDA or QAI (Quality Assurance International). No animal products are used.

Could I buy a custom product as a gift?

Absolutely! If you don’t know the recipient’s exact birth time and place, do your best estimate and we will do what we can.

What is temperament?

Temperament is a philosophy of human psychology and health that links physical characteristics, psychology, behavior, environment and diet. The idea dates back to the time of Aristotle in around 350 BC. According to this philosophy, a person’s temperament is determined by the relative proportion of the four humors in their body, which are derived from the four basic elements of earth, water, air, and fire. A person’s temperament can be figured out by observation. It is also reflected in their birth chart.
