Today is Charles’ coronation, and a good day to take a look at him from an astrological standpoint.
King Charles’ temperament is mixed choleric and melancholic. He has quite a bit of fire in his chart (Leo rising, Aries MC, among others), and his Taurus moon adds most of the melancholy to his temperament.

His long and oval face with a long nose is typical for a melancholic. The redness and deep lines of his skin, though, indicate the fire part of his temperament.
Physically, his body is medium build and robust, which is more typical for a choleric.
Speaking of redness, during the stressful times of his mother’s death and (arguably) his coronation, his swollen, red hands were noted by observers.

Relationships
Without going into too much detail, I will say that his first marriage to Princess Diana could have been due to too much fire in the relationship. Diana was a choleric, and these people want to have their own way and set the vision. They like to be the boss. Both Charles and Queen Elizabeth are / were cholerics, as well, and that combination leads to a lot of fights and dominance disputes.
Camilla, on the other hand, is a water or phlegmatic, which balances out Charles’ fiery temperament. She is a much better match for him.
